In one of the strangest games in college basketball history, Alabama is reduced to three players on the court for the final 13 minutes of a game against Minnesota due to multiple ejections, injuries, and foul outs. But Collin Sexton catches fire and the Crimson Tide almost fully erase a 13-point deficit while playing three-on-five before the Golden Gophers ultimately escape with an 89-82 victory.

The Rockets would break their own single game record just a few weeks later by attempting 61 three-point field goals in a win against the Pelicans.
